We have been using Yavuz for airport transfers, car hire and trips etc, every year for over 10 years and find the standard of service and friendliness exceptional and second to none. A number of years ago, I was involved in a near fatal road traffic accident. Although not my fault, because it involved serious injury to a local resident, it was a very difficult situation - which would have bee far worse without the support of Yavuz. He reacted immediately to my call for help and spent the whole day with me at the Police Station. His actions were way above the normal call of duty and he was absolutely fantastic in his support - I cannot praise him highly enough and would recommend his company every time.
