On the first day after pickup we will stop for breakfast at a restaurant near Dalaman approximately one hour into the journey. Along the way to Ephesus we will make a few additional tea breaks making the total journey around four hours.

Upon arrival at Ephesus, we will spend about three hours exploring one of the highlights of Türkiye and one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world. Once an important port and major commercial centre of the ancient world, Ephesus played a significant role thanks to its strategic location in a fertile valley.

You will also learn about the Shrine of the Virgin Mary, hidden among beautiful greenery and believed to be the place where Mary spent her final days. It is thought that she came to the area together with Saint John, who lived there for several years. Guests may visit the site by private taxi upon request through our tour guide.

The tour of Ephesus includes:

• The Library of Celsus
• Marble Avenue
• Ancient public toilets
• The largest theatre in Türkiye, with a seating capacity of 25,000 and still used today for concerts
• The site of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World

After the visit we stop for lunch.

We then continue to Pamukkale (Cotton Castle) arriving at the hotel after approximately a two-hour journey. Overnight accommodation will be in a 4-star hotel on a half-board basis.

After dinner at the hotel you can relax and rest for the evening.

The next morning after breakfast we continue with a visit to the ancient Roman city of Hierapolis. Here you will explore the ruins, including the ancient baths, famous for their therapeutic properties and the impressive amphitheatre.

We then visit the world-famous natural wonder of Pamukkale Travertines known for its naturally formed white terraces and thermal pools cascading down the mountainside.

After lunch we begin the return journey stopping at an onyx factory and handicraft centre along the way.

FREE pick-up and drop-off services are included in the price from/to your accommodation.

Guests staying at Letoonia Club Hotel and Hillside Beach Club are required to pay an additional transfer fee of 250 TL per person for pick-up and drop-off on the tour day.

• Infants aged 0–3 years do not receive a separate seat on the coach and must travel on a parent’s lap unless booked as a child with a seat.
• A single room supplement of £5 is payable directly at the hotel reception. Please make a note on your booking if you require a single room.
