"TOPAZ" is a bright and spacious apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is in a perfect location overlooking the pool in ORKA PARK in a peaceful area of Ovacik. With panoramic views of the spectacular Babadag mountain scenery in one dirction and in the other direction over the rooftops to Hisaronu and beyond. A short walk to the centre of Hisaronu with its many shops, restaurants, and bars, but far enough to be peaceful. 

Take a bus or taxi to Oludeniz beach and the Blue Lagoon (less than 3 miles away) or Fethiye (5 miles). ORKA PARK has 24 hour reception staff and, being part of the award-winning 'Orka Homes', you are welcome to use the facilities at the Club Orka Hotel in Ovacik which has  nightly entertainment. ORKA PARK has a poolside bar and bistro for drinks and snacks throughout the day. Free WIFI is also available.This 2-floor apartment enjoys beautiful panoramic sea and mountain views from the roof terrace and two balconies (one facing each direction).  

The swimming pool enjoys the sun all day and the poolside terraces are large and well-furnished with plenty of sunbeds, side tables and parasols. A Housekeeping Service is included every 2/3 days, keeping everything clean and fresh.The open-plan living area has a well furnished lounge and dining area for 6, and fully equipped contemporary kitchen. There is a large twin bedroom (which can be made up as a double) and shower room with WC on this floor.  Also on this floor are 2 large balconies – one facing east across the pools and landscaped gardens with spectacular views of the Babadag mountain and one facing west with the turquoise sea in the distance and panoramic views across the Hisaronu rooftops and the memorably colourful sunsets. On a very clear day you can see the distant Greek island of Rhodes on the horizon. The balconies have tables and chairs for al fresco dining as well as red bean bags to relax on. The advantage of 2 balconies is that there is always somewhere shady or sunny to eat and relax.  Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms (one double, one twin/double) and a second shower room & WC.  From the Master Bedroom there is a wonderful private roof terrace (not overlooked) with views of the surrounding mountains, paragliders, the pine forests, the pools and gardens. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. We have now installed a small safe for your passports, etc.The lounge has comfortable seating for 5 but can be supplemented with the beanbags or other chairs (there are 8 outdoor chairs as well as 6 dining chairs). In the lounge we have a TV with hundreds of satellite channels including about 10 English News and Film channels.  There are a number of DVDs (several children's' films) and a DVD player as well as an IPod & IPhone speaker docking station, and a few books. We have added some toys and games for children to enjoy.

Also in the photo gallery is a map showing where we are in relation to the town.There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do including boat trips, paragliding, Jeep safaris, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, water sports, jet-skiing and an aqua park nearby. Recommended trips include Dalyan and the sandy turtle beach, Saklikent Gorge, Patara Beach, Kayakoy Village and Fethiye market. A personal favourite is the boat trip to the Sunday market at Gocek which stops a couple of times to swim in the crystal clear waters - and they pick up and drop off at ORKA PARK!
