Orka Park was a new development in 2011. The complex is in a truly beautiful and tranquil location at the foot of the Babadag Mountain and just a 10-15 minute stroll down to the centre of both Hisaronu and Ovacik with their many family friendly shops, bars and restaurants. Orka Park has the best of both worlds - positioned slightly away from the bustling crowds yet just a short walk to the abundance of shops and bars at Hisaronu and just 10 minutes dolmus to the famous blue lagoon at Olu Deniz.

The spacious villa is spread over three floors and each bedroom has its own private balcony and en-suite. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and in the lounge, which also has a heater function for the cooler months. The villa is also fully alarmed with smoke detection.

Consisting of 20 villas and 18 duplex apartments, it has a large communal swimming pool, sunbeds and parasols for guests. There is also a separate children's pool. The complex has 24 hour security and English speaking reception. A bar and snack bar is also on the complex. FREE WI-Fi at the bar.

As the complex is part of the Orka Group, guests have full use of the nearby 4* Orka Hotel complex which has a children's club, health spa & Turkish Bath, three swimming pools, one indoor & one with a water slide, table tennis, poolside snack bar, a la carte restaurant and terrace bar with nightly entertainment, including kids disco, Turkish themed nights and barbeques etc.

FREE shuttle service is available between all Orka complexes.

Kitchen

The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven & hob, kettle, toaster, water cooler, clothes dryer.

The Lounge

The lounge is a bright and airy, with a 32" LCD TV and DVD player including satellite channels, we also have a small selection of DVD's, iPod docking station and books. This leads on to a private patio area with gardens overlooking the pool, with table and chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a toilet and hand basin on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1

Largest of the two bedrooms on this floor consists of twin beds,(which can be made into a double) bedside drawer's with table lamps, dressing table & chair, hairdryer, 3 door wardrobe with shelving space, safe, full length mirror, iron & ironing board. En-suite with large double shower, sink, toilet, mirror, shaving point, air conditioning/heater, balcony with table and chairs. The en-suite has a large double shower, hand basin and WC with a shaver point and mirror.

Bedroom 2

Twin beds (which can be made into a double) one bedside drawer with table lamp, 3 door wardrobe with shelving and full length mirror. En-suite with shower over bath, sink mirror, toilet and shaving point, air conditioning/heater, balcony with table and two chairs. The en-suite has a bath with shower over, hand basin, WC with shaver point and mirror.

Attic bedroom (Top floor)

From the first floor you take the marble staircase to the master suite which consist of a queen-sized bed, bedside drawers with table lamps, dressing table & chair, hairdryer, 4 door wardrobe with shelving space, full length mirror, iron & ironing board.
En-suite with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, shaver socket. (also storage for suitcases) Air conditioning/heater.  Private balcony with table and two chairs.

Prices are for the villa not per person and is based on a one week stay. Maid service is 3 times for a one week stay and 5 times for a two week stay, this is also included in the price.

The villa will be available from 4pm of the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, late check out may be available but this will obviously depend on other guest bookings.

Transfers are not included in the price of the Villa, however Tiny Akropol offer a fantastic service.
