CAR RENTAL CONDITION

Driver License:
 It's necessary for the groups B,C, D to be minimum 21 years old,for the groups E,F,G,H to be over 23 and for the groups I,K to be over 28. Together with that, all must be in possession of a valid license at least for a year.
 
 Rental Period:
 It's minimum a day. In case of a delay no longer than 3 hours, 1/5 of daily price that's been calculated per hour will be collected from the holder. This will be a full day price in case of a delay longer than 3 hours. A special price is applied for long-term renting.
 
 Traffic Penalties:
 Traffic penalties caused by the lessee's fault and legal liabilities all belong to the renter himself. cordence with this the period when car is prevented from the traffic will be collected from older.
 
 Payment:
 Total rent can be paid cash, by credit card, traveller cheque or Eurocheck. Also the lease holder has to hold a valid credit card and has to wxcept a credit card warranty. (These are Visa, Master and Eurocard)
 
 Insurance:
 All vehicles have been insured by collision insurance. In case an accident happens, for this insurance to remain valid the vehicle mustn't be driven at a speed higher than the legal limit or while you are under the influence of a drug and while you're drunk.
 
 In case an accident happens and the vehicles are stolen when they are rented, the nearest police or gendarmary has to arrange an official report. Bering stolen of the spare tire tape and tools of the car isn't covered by the insurance. So as to insure these also for B,C,D groups daily 5 Euro for E,F groups daily 8 Euro is necessary to be paid.
 
 In case an accident happens and the car itself or its tools are stolen, our head office has to be informed immediately.
 
 Damages that may be caused because of the way of using, being broken of the windows and headlights and also tire damages are out of the scpe. However windows, headlights and tire for the others. Damages caused because of using are established in accordance with the teport arranged by the authorized service to which the vehicle belongs.
 
 The renter is responsible from any damage caused by the effect of alcohol or drug.
 
 In case the rentar is completely faultless, no damage value is demanded from the renter. Ha a renting price per day is requested during the period the car is being repaired.
 
 Second Driver:
 Nobady can drive the vehicle except the renter and, on request, the second driver whose names have been written on the contact.
 
 Port Baggage:
 A baby chair may be assured for 8 Euro for a day. If it is stolen the price will be out of the scope.
 
 Baby chair:
 A baby chair may be assured in payment for 5 Euro a day.
 
 Delivery:
 Delivery is out of charge at the place where Light Tour offices are located. But for the other place only the transportation expenses will be taken so as to bring the vehicle to its destination.
 
 Deliver:
 On request Light Tour will rent the car together with its driver. Provided that all the conditions remain the same, the price is 25 Euro a day. An extra driver fee is taken. In case the driver is asked also for the hours between 19.00 and 24.00 per hour 5 Euro is paid.
 
 Taxes:
 All taxes are maintenance expenses during renting period are included in the price. The petrol is for customer's account.
